After over a year of being the GM of this guild I've really hit a low point and need some time away. All of my toons are leaving the guild as I **really** need to get away. I've promoted Stoancold to GM and left the guild bank in tact so you have 12-20K gold to play with. If my status changes, I'll post here again, not that anyone will see it (which was part of the problem in the first place). Once again, goodby, and thanx for all the [Fish Feast]s.

I figured out something today. If a raid is going badly, QQing will have 0 chance of improving the situation and 100% of worsening it. I was surprised at just how **obvious** that seems once put in words, and yet so many people do it.

So, when we have a full guild run complain as much as you want in raid chat. But when we are pugging a lot of people and things are not going well, keep the FFS and such out of raid chat. If you need to get something off your chest whisper me, but don't air your dirty laundry in raid chat.

No one has claimed credit for Dirty Trogg Cloth so Eppi wins with Large Slimy Bone. After this, we are going to suspend the Junk Contest for now because we are going to make some changes to the guild bank. The new tabs will be Free Items, 1/4 Price, 1/2 Price, Raid mats. More info to follow.

This week we will be doing Nax 25 on Saturday night. Starting Next week we will be running Nax 25 on Weds, and Ul 25 on Saturdays and some 10 man on Friday.

Gim wins season 2 with Beautiful Glass Eye. Honorable mentions given to Dark Iron Baby Booties, Pocket Lint, Mesmerizing Flower and Empty Rum Bottle. Serious consideration would have been given to A Gnome Effigy but we did not know who deposited it. The total proceeds so far are 59.61.05g. I put a couple of items on the AH like Battered Jungle Hat and A Thoroughly Read Copy of "Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin." to see if I could get the prize money up a bit more.

If your item did not win, feel free to deposit the same item again. It's kindof like the hall of fame where if you don't win this time, the same useless junk can win next time;) And if you have an item that you think is particularly good send Gimbol mail. The logs don't go back very far in the gbank so we don't always know who deposited what (tho I try to check the logs every day).

People (especially officers) please try to check the Tab 1 logs every couple of days to see if someone depisted anything extra special and make a note of who did it. The logs don't go far back enough to keep track of all the deposits.

Note: Battered Jungle Hat sold for 19g so the total winnings have gone up to almost 80g.

First bank tab is now going to be for grey items. Once it's filled, the officers will pick a winner for the most worthless items. We will vendor the contents and give the proceeds to the winner.
N.B. maximum of 3 items per person, you can exchange for more worthless items tho :)

I'm starting to think that the main set/offet roll system is starting to show its age now that dual specs are out. I'm considering going to a Main-set, second-set, offset rolling system. Stay tuned for more details. Also, if anyone has any input feel free to contact me. -- gim

Last night, we manged to get a full guildie group for Nax 10. The good thing about that was that it was a spur of the moment thing. Did pretty well too. Cleared three wings. We are going to finish up on Sunday at 7:00.
